The Ducks will have special edition cleats for the season-opener against the reigning champs.
Designed by Oregon alum Mattrell Mcgraw, the cleats are a remake of the popular Nike Vapor Carbon 2.0 model, upgraded to include the sole plate from the current Vapor Edge Pro 360 model. This remake of the Vapor Carbon cleats debuted last year when Kyler Murray wore a gold, red, and white colorway during the Cardinals' December 13th Monday Night Football appearance. For the Ducks' PE, the standout feature is the silver three-pointed star pattern that adorns the upper. This pattern is taken from the shoulder design on the current uniforms. The pattern is set against an apple green base, while yellow serves as the accent color for the swoosh, tongue, laces, heel, and soleplate. The Georgia Bulldogs will have their own version of these cleats for the September 3rd matchup as well.
